Great location, but air conditioning issues troubled sleep.

immaculately clean and huge units with large comfortable bed, large walk-in shower plus cool design, and the staff were very helpful. actually everything was really beautiful, my next choice again in budapest.

The room was spacious, with a kitchen, ample storage, and a lovely balcony. The location is excellent, close to main attractions. Breakfast at Secco was excellent, setting the tone for our day. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine for fresh coffee anytime.

Also, the location is nice, minutes from a Roman Catholic basilica. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Lovely building and rooms with all the facilities. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, flat-screen television and a safe. Relatively quiet location to the shopping street. Also - near to bus stop, tram and metro stations, restaurants, bars, shops, the main sights both in Buda, and the bridge.

The stay was really enjoyable, especially with our spacious apartment that had a wonderful balcony. It's conveniently located within walking distance to popular spots like St Stephen's Basilica and the Chain Bridge. The breakfast offered a great variety, ensuring everyone could find something delicious. After exploring the city, coming back to relax with fresh coffee from the in-room machine was a perfect treat!

Check-in lacks warmth and friendliness!!! The air conditioning is ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite adjustments!!! It's disappointing that a hotel of this caliber can't get climate control right!!!

The carpet in my room was old, smelling like a dirty rag, not really what i expected from a luxury suite. Being asked to lug my bags 30-50 meters from the parking just screams 'we don't care about our guests'. I almost left a good review, but the service was just beyond disappointing.

The breakfast was a highlight for us-really fresh and tasty! Loved how spacious our junior suite was. The coffee machine in the lobby was clutch for those early mornings. The only thing was that the bathroom could've used more toiletries for a full week stay. Magical experience in Budapest!
